1.  Support the goals of the pastor for the spiritual development of our parish.
2.  Deepen our relationship with the Lord (using  DVDs, literature, personal testimonies, prayer, adoration, encouraging  participation in the sacraments, liturgy (with reverence/love for the real presence in the Eucharist).
3.  Educate the parish on the gifts of the Holy Spirit (conduct a Life in the Spirit seminar, praise and worship events).
4.  Support the training and development of evangelizers (for the New Evangelization mission).
5.  Expand parish's use of "FORMED" for Catholic resources, highlight content on parish website. 
6.  Continue Friday evening faith formation for fellowship, education and small group discussions.
7.  Meet and welcome new parishioners. Invite parishioners, school parents and children, members of other ministries to parish events.
8.  Reach out to other parish ministries to help the S&E committee in spreading information and increasing the participation at our parish events.
